Learn how to understand your emotions.
 It is important to be aware of what you are feeling. When you are in touch with your emotions, you will be able to both recognize when you are acting out because of your emotions and empathize more thoroughly with others. Knowing yourself is a key part of having good mental health--it’s important to know when something is making you unhappy so that you can either fix it or cut it out of your life. Likewise, it is also good to recognize the things that make you happy. Surrounding yourself with good energy will promote a happier, healthier you.[6]
  • Go to a meditation group and learn how to focus your mind on the positive. Speak with a therapist who will help you sort through your emotions. Enroll in an emotional awareness course that teaches you to recognize, accept, and understand your emotions.
  • Learn how to cope with emotional pain and, if necessary, deal with emotional abuse. Speak with a therapist or someone you trust. Bottling up your feelings will only make your mental state more cluttered.

I think it is to lead a healthy lifesty is important to look after many aspects, from eating healthy at the right times, avoid fast food and snacks , add to your diet fruits and vegetables, drink at least eight glasses of wáter, should not eat much red meat practice some kind of sport, stay active physically, we must also take care of our mental health, both aspects go together, away from situations and people Which brings us poor mental health, contributing to lead a life healthy is not easy but when analyzing all the benefits that brings worth it, we nedd to take care of our body and mind.

    I think there are several ways to stay healthy, for example, heavy exercise, going to the gym, jogging, walking, biking, playing sports.

    1. Eat fruits and vegetables
    We all know that the best foods have few calories and many nutrients. It is advisable to eat 5 servings a day, preferably different colors and shell. At lunch and dinner, including a salad plate.

    4. Avoid foods with high caloric

    In life is necessary have a body healthy for not have frequency diseases , so we eat much all types vegetables, fruit , dairy products ,carbohydrates, eggs and cereals, also is important cook with a little oil, salt, shouldn't drink soda ,should must drink naturals juices, water and milk.
    Is recommendable eat white meat ,balance every meal , at the same time make exercise.
